Inside the Khastalia leadership and communication school, Dragoş works with leaders that search for more serenity and balance in their lives, that want to discover their own voice and feel good in their own skin, developing authentic relationships with those around them.
Between 2014 and 2015 he coordinated the Communication Strategy for the European Commissioner for Regional Policy.
In Romania he developed two of the most important environmental organizations, “Salvaţi Dunărea şi Delta” and “MaiMultVerde”.
“MaiMultVerde” it’s a nonprofit NGO for environmental protection that has the mission to build a new culture for environmental volunteering in Romania. In its first three years of activity, 2008 to 2010, “MaiMultVerde” worked with over 15,000 volunteers, planted over 500,000 seedlings, collected over 300 tons of waste, opened the first bike-sharing system in Bucharest, Cicloteque and developed several national information and education campaigns, organizing the first fundraising gala for environmental projects, “Gala Verde”. The “MaiMultVerde” budget for the first two years exceeded 2,500,000 Euro. The funds were received from big companies in Romania.
In 2006 he was a fellow of the creative leadership program offered by the Erudio association and became interested in leadership and team developing. He is passionate about transactional analysis, a branch of modern psychology, and in 2009 he became an authorized trainer of the Process Communication Model ® in Romania. It’s a theory that’s been used by NASA in their recruitment process for 10 years.
He formed over 600 Romanian managers in the Process Communication Model®. The Process Communication Model® program held by EXEC-EDU and delivered by Dragoş Bucurenci received the “Best training program of the 2010”.
He has twelve years of experience as a columnist for national newspapers and magazines, and has produced and presented TV shows for public and private TV channels for over seven years.

He was co-chairman at the “Future of Media” conference, organized in 2013 at Stanford.
His experience comes from the retail sector, where he has worked for over 40 years, including 25 in top positions as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
