As a result of participating in this program, members of the retail sector will have potential to generate value for their organization by creating an attractive shopping experience for customers.

Examples will be used regarding different products / brands from the Romanian and the international market. The program includes a field observation session of the merchandising solutions applied by the different brands in hypermarkets / supermarkets in Bucharest. The field observation will take place in teams of 2-3 participants, in different stores, between the two days of training and it will be followed-up by a debriefing session in the EXEC-EDU’s headquarter.

The program is designed for those working in the retail sector, who are interested in identifying ways to increase the performance of their own merchandising solutions.

5th Module: Debriefing session

  • Session based on the results of field observation performed by the groups of participants in the program;

6th Module: Innovative perspectives in retailing and merchandising

  • Creating an attractive shopping experience in the store;
  • Sensory merchandising and marketing, neuromarketing;
