Perhaps the most beautiful definition of performance we have encountered so far is that of Tim Gallwey, who says that performance = potential – interference, where interference is all those limiting beliefs, blockages, fears that still hold us in place and do not allow us to manifest our potential.

Every sportsman has a coach. It would be unimaginable for a sportsman to enter a competition without his coach. The essential task of a coach is to get the best out of the athlete and thus bring him to maximum form. The athlete must be in “top shape” exactly during the competition and not one day before or after.

Why should leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, freelancers should do well without a coach? Wouldn’t be helpful for them to find out what their top shape is and how they can get to that shape exactly when they need it?

Our approach

We believe that every individual has all the resources he needs to succeed. During the process, every client starts to be aware of his potential and activates it. We work on a better self-understanding and understanding of personal ambitions, but also on identifying limiting beliefs that slow down or block the achievement of goals. The client accesses his own creativity and thus identifies new methods of problem solving. At the same time, he will create the necessary state to achieve the desired performance.

We also believe that everyone will give up some unwanted behavior only when they find a better one. Because of this, during the coaching sessions, the focus is on finding solutions and not analyzing problems.

Each client realizes how their own conditioning, perceptions, beliefs and assumptions could get in the way of understanding people they lead or work with.

In conclusion, during the coaching sessions, the client develops both his or her own competences and social skills.
