She was Europe Director for Tactic Activities in the Distribution Chain centers at InBev. Starting with 2009 she has her own consultancy company.

This Harvard Business School’s simulation for leadership and team engage the management team in an expedition to Mount Everest, each member of the team having a different role in this journey. Trying to reach the top, participants must achieve both individual and team goals, collaboration being one of the keys to success.

Participants play one of the 5 roles in a team of climbers trying to reach the top of the mountain. In every round they have to reach common ground for their next stop. Finally, they go through 6 days of simulation, summing about a few actual work hours. Team members analyze information about weather, health condition, supplies, goals or climbing speed and determine how much information they pass on. During the journey the team must also decide how to efficiently distribute the supplies and water needed for the ascent – decisions that will affect their speed and team’s success in reaching the top. Failure to communicate effectively and analyze information at the team level has adverse consequences and affects its performance.
