In a constantly changing and adapting era, this course is meant to provide vital tools needed for proper planning and links budget types and specific cases in the economy, combining methodology with business practice in different areas and different industries.

With the help of examples, case studies and simulations in Excel, participants will understand in detail the forecasting process, its stages, but especially how to include in their daily activity the most effective qualitative and quantitative forecasting methods. Subsequently, they have the opportunity to learn about budgeting: from the planning and control cycle at the company level to the behavioral implications induced by the different budgeting systems.
