In this 1-day focused program, you will debate examples of good marketing practices and brand positioning, also experimenting what are the effects of personal ideas and creative decisions, without investing massive amount of money from the marketing budget of your company.

Knowing specific marketing terms it’s a valuable assets in the simulation process.
For accessing the online platform it is necessary for every participant to have a notebook/ tablet with one of the following operating systems installed: Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Linux etc. The Internet browser can be: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome etc.

The Marketing and Brand Positioning program is recommended for managers and marketing and branding professionals from:

  • production companies;
  • retail companies/ distributors with own brands;
  • advertising agencies involved in (re)brand positioning for clients;
  • any other organizations that manages a brands portfolio.
  • Ability to make market-oriented decisions to meet specific marketing and financial objectives;

  • The learning experience is interactive and is based on the debate of practical marketing situations:

The program is based on two methods:

  1. presentation and debate of case studies / practical examples regarding targeting, positioning and brand marketing;
  2. BrandPRO® Simulation facilitates testing the effects of strategy and marketing decisions designed by the participating teams, for two brands that sell electronic equipment, intended for consumer segments with well-defined attitudes and buying behaviors.

During the five rounds of simulation, each team will analyze the detailed information on the financial and marketing situation of its company and will establish the strategic orientation for the next simulation period.
