Coaching for Managers

Our approach focuses on helping participants understand and integrate into their coaching practice the latest findings from neuroscience and cognitive psychology.

The 2-day program is designed in a modular fashion, which allows participants and trainer to focus on whatever is most relevant to the discussion at hand.

DAY 1 – HUMAN FUNDAMENTALS: BRAIN, THOUGHTS, BEHAVIORS

The first day is focused on helping participants understand the basic fundamentals of human neuroscience and behavior, concepts that will play a key role in the practice sessions of day 2.

DAY 2 – THE COACHING CONVERSATION: FUNDAMENTALS, PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE

Day two builds on the concepts learned and practiced in day 1 and focuses more on the specific and practical aspects of the coaching conversation.

The 2-day program proposes an in-depth approach to understanding our internal dynamics and how we can use this knowledge in the coaching and transformation process.

The program is divided between:

– applied theory (with focus on the groups individual and collective needs and objectives) (aprox. 35%)

– video case studies (aprox. 30%)

– practice, debates and feedback (aprox. 35%)
