Personal & Professional Risk Management Exercise

This exercise is a practical experiment that will enhance your comprehension of personal and collective risk management processes when setting goals and aiming to achieve better results.

Participants will have to think of an important personal objective, then start the exercise.

Important insights will be obtained during the three sequences of the exercise, such as:

  • Discover what you truly desire
  • Recognize your strengths and assets
  • Uncover the unconscious thoughts and beliefs that hold you back
  • Explore new perspectives to achieve a result
  • Gain clarity on your values and objective’s purpose
  • Identify self-defeating habits and patterns in thinking or acting
  • Learn from mistakes and failures
  • Celebrate successes

The coaching workshop lasts from 3h to 2 days, depending of the number of participants and objectives
